Why can’t I download my CV?
No, our website is not broken it works perfectly! If you are having trouble with the download then we suppose you have found the download button but nothing happens when you click it. That is because your browser's popup blocker is activated. You must allow Popups from our website in order to download the PDF file.
Why is the “Login” button not showing once I sign up?
Our website is pretty smart! When you sign up, you will be automatically logged into your account.
Is it really totally free?
I guess you have missed all the “It’s Absolutely Free” sentences written all over the website! Yes, our website is completely free, Enjoy!!
Can I add custom Headings / Titles / Fields ?
Yes, this feature can be found in the "Skills" section under "Custom Skills", you can add a new custom Heading / Title / Fields with many descriptions.
Do you have any templates without a profile picture?
The profile picture is not mandatory, just don't upload it.
Where can I add some more tabs, for example: Achievements, Projects undertaken in career etc... ?
You can add custom tabs at the end of the Skills page under the "Custom Skills" section.
Click on "Add custom skill", set the custom title: "Projects" and add as many projects as you like ( Custom descriptions )
I have Privacy concerns with my profile!
You can make your CV private by adding a protective passcode so that nobody other than the authorized indivuals ( Who you chose to share your passcode with ) will be able to access it.
Where do I put my desired position in the resume?
You can fill "my desired position" information in the "Objective" field under the basic information section.
What is a career objective?
A career objective simply is a statement of what you want to do, what position you want, or where you want to work now. Long term goals are optional. The content of your resume should then support your stated objective.
How do I delete my profile?
Click the account menu at the top right. Select Account Settings. Choose Deactivate your account then follow the steps to confirm.
N.B : Some search engines can take several days to remove old Public profiles ( Accounts that had their privacy settings set to Public prior to deactivation. )
I can't login using my email!
The email account you have used on signup cannot be changed.
When you change your email from within your CV, the original account username (email) remains the same.
Please refer to the email (username) you have used on signup when wanting to login, and not the one you have changed in your CV.
