Job Description:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information. Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes. Good computer skills, the ability to work in a busy environment. An understanding of data confidentiality issues.
