Administer, support, maintain, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications in Development, Test and Production instances. Manage all ServiceNow architectural, administration and development tasks
Upgrading non-prod instances to Latest Patch/version. Reviewing all the customized skipped logs and providing solutions by merging them to OOB base version. Fixing all the UI issues seen during the upgrade process.
Create new applications in ServiceNow. Assist in implementing new processes and applications in ServiceNow. This includes building ServiceNow workflows, customizing the ServiceNow user interface and in using JavaScript, Glide records to create solutions when required
Providing daily support of the ServiceNow environments including, scripting, configuration, integrations and administration
Ongoing support for ServiceNow improvement projects which includes building and modifying process workflows in the tool
Making recommendations and helping implement changes relative to the functionality within ServiceNow, Develop and implement additional functionality and modules
Manage clones, promote update sets and complete releases within all environments Creation and generation of daily, weekly and monthly key data statistics and reports as required
Develop clear and detailed technical documentation of processes, procedures, and technical specifications user in service-now platform.
Design and develop the architectural documents related to project.
Involved in the project and resource estimation planning.
Guide technical team wherever they stuck to ensure to meet the deadline of the projects.
