Butcher / Meat processing technologist - to manage producing various meat products for supermarkets - should have appropriate education and training, should have at least 5 years experience as butcher or meat processing technologist, should know how to produce various small meat goods like sausages, pies, dumplings, cut meat, smoked meat products, should know meat processing equipment and setup of meat processing factories, should know what ingredients to use for meat products, should know how to manage staff, should know how to produce the frozen meat goods, should be active, honest and self-motivated.
