As the Marketing Specialist under our International Business, you will be part of the marketing team within the Global Commercial Organization and report to Team Manager - Marketing, Business Market East Europe. You will also have a matrix relationship with the Business Manager of your region.You will drive the execution of online, offline, experiential, PR and direct marketing interventions forachieving the targeted increase in brand reach, business funnel conversions and establishing the brand in the region. You will also continuously measure and analyze the impact of your efforts so as to continuously improve the marketing efficiencies and effectiveness. You will play a significant role in creating and evolving new marketing plans beyond traditional automotive methodologies

You will launch the targeted marketing programs as per the calendar and ensure smooth execution in order to expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion and maximise the Return on our Marketing Investments.
2. You will directly manage and report the metrics for business and consumer metrics targeted against each planned activation on an on-going basis in line with the organizational framework of impact measurement and reporting.
3. You will create the briefs for various marketing initiatives/ campaigns and work with different teams internally and externally (agencies) to develop impactful content
4. You will work with dealers for planning dealer led events and PR events / press launches and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
5. You will be deeply involved in understanding customer voices, triggers/ barriers to purchase and evolving communication strategies to leverage opportunities and overcome the barriers.
6. You will be involved in designing unique marketing programs beyond traditional motorcycle/
automotive methodologies for the country based on the understanding of customer voices..
7. You will provide inputs to the Business team for defining the size of the opportunity based on
analysis of target customer data and CRM data, and maximizing the conversion across the funnel through targeted marketing initiatives
8. You will establish a process for tracking and monitoring campaign milestones in order to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis and recommend next steps
9. You will support in creating the annual marketing plan for your region by sharing relevant market analytics and inputs.
10. You will support new product launches and new business initiatives, wherever required, by
executing campaigns and marketing events

ou have proven experience of 5-7 years in working on and implementing market/customer

segmentation strategy and communication/micromarketing/direct marketing programs for a brand in an organisation which is largely built through word-of-mouth advocacy and influencer engagement

You have experience and understanding of marketing including brand
